William S. Bish, RPR, RMR, CRR, CLR, FPR
William S. Bish, a Court Reporter for 35 years, joined the Executive Reporting Service team in April 2006. He is the first reporter to have downloaded live-streaming text to the Internet , which was done for a Presidential Town Hall meeting President Bill Clinton held in Akron, Ohio in 1997. Bill is also the first reporter to have provided open-captioning for the hearing impaired delegates at the USPS national Convention in Las Vegas, NV in 1986 and the reporter for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Aircraft Wheel/Brake Symposiums for International Airframe Manufacturers (1980, 1982, 1985.) A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Bill owned a freelance court reporting agency in Akron from 1976–2006. A Navy veteran, Bill also served as personal secretary to U.S. Admiral Patrick Hannifin, whom was in charge of U.S. and N.A.T.O submarines in the Mediterranean, from 1970–1972.
