Diane T. Emery, CEO, Founder
Diane T. Emery started Executive Reporting Service in 1981, opening 1 office in St. Petersburg. A Court Reporter herself, Diane’s background informs her client-focused approach to leading ERS. Perhaps that’s why ERS is still growing and now has 7 locations in 5 Tampa Bay counties.
A pioneer of using the latest reporting technology, Diane made sure that ERS was one of the first Florida Court Reporting Agencies to use Computer-Aided Realtime Transcription. Not surprisingly, ERS is still known for cutting-edge technology and innovation. ERS is a leader in Paperless Transcripts and Global Videoconferencing.
Diane is an active member of her industry and community and supports charitable causes around the world. She implemented socially conscious initiatives at ERS to support the community.

In 2006, she unveiled the “Legal Arts Meets Creative Arts” office/gallery concept. The walls of ERS Headquarters in Clearwater offices display original artwork from Tampa Bay emerging artists and art center. It’s just one way ERS gives back to the community.

Alix Emery, COO
As Diane Emery’s daughter, Alix Emery was born and raised in the world of court reporting. She began working for Executive Reporting Service full time in 2007. She currently holds the position of Director of Operations, which allows her to manage the finished product to our clients. Specializing in production and billing, she strives for excellence and quality to provide the best client experience possible.
Outside of work, Alix is currently training for her 200 hr certification in Hatha Yoga. She enjoys being outside and active. Her love for all animals started at a young age, when she rode and cared for horses. Alix completed her Associates degree in 2012 at St. Petersburg College, then transferred to the University of South Florida to complete her Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science.

Sabrina Hendricks, Senior Account Manager
Sabrina Hendricks joined Executive Reporting Service (ERS) in April 2010. Prior to joining ERS, Sabrina worked for two well-known financial companies and CCS Medical, a local direct to home medical supply provider. She brings 20 plus years of passion for customer service, training and supervisor experience with her.

Sabrina enjoys stitchery, reading books on health and nutrition, alternative healing, animals and the outdoor activities.
Teresa Whiteacre, Director of Marketing
Teresa joined the ERS team in January 2012. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Florida and offers ERS a background in marketing, management and client retention. Raised in a family of attorneys, she grew up in the legal environment and even remembers being toted along as a child to her mother’s law school classes! She is married to her long-time love and has 2 children, 2 cats and 1 crazy dog that keep her busy in her free time.
Interests and Hobbies:
Graphic design, reading, sewing and sleeping without her children in the bed.
Lori Castellano, Director of Client Development
Executive Reporting Service (“ERS”) is pleased to announce the addition of Lori Castellano to our team where she brings over 20 years of court reporting/legal experience,
Lori began her career in Dade City as a Deputy Official. After deciding to move to St. Pete, she began working at ERS earning her RPR and developing a loyal client base. In 2004, she temporarily left the field to enroll at USFSP to earn a BA in Mass Communications & Media Studies while working full-time as a Judicial Assistant where she was able to develop a broader knowledge of the legal field.
Since earning her degree, she founded her own public relations and sports marketing business, Epoch Public Relations. In this role she helped bring brand awareness to her clients including The St. Petersburg Bowl Game, The East-West Shrine Game and Top-End. Lori is now back on our team as Director of Client Development where she will be the concierge to our valued clients as well as expanding industry awareness of our personal approach to court reporting.
Rhea Case, Account Manager
Rhea Case joined Executive Reporting Service in early 2014 as part of the client services team. She is passionate in providing each client with exceptional service and assisting in making your job easier.
Prior to working at ERS, Rhea attended St. Petersburg College and began working at Springleaf Financial as an assistant manager for six years. She obtained her mortgage and health, life and annuities licenses and is currently a notary public.
Rhea grew up in a rural area of North Florida and loves most everything about the outdoors. She currently resides in St. Petersburg with her other half and their two dogs, Zoey and Mooney.
Hank DiMaggio, Chief Security Officer
Hank aka “The Tank” joined our ERS team in 2010 as Chief Security Officer. Hank’s ancestors came to the United States in the late 19th century from Britain bringing with them skills acquired at Scotland Yard. Hank is intelligent, affectionate and very loyal and at the same time quite powerful and tenacious when it comes to quality and security. Thank you for spending time on our website.
