Meet Our Staff

Diane T. Emery, CEO, Founder

Diane T. Emery started Executive Reporting Service in 1981, opening 1 office in St. Petersburg. A Court Reporter herself, Diane’s background informs her client-focused approach to leading ERS. Perhaps that’s why ERS is still growing and now has 7 locations in 5 Tampa Bay counties.

A pioneer of using the latest reporting technology, Diane made sure that ERS was one of the first Florida Court Reporting Agencies to use Computer-Aided Realtime Transcription. Not surprisingly, ERS is still known for cutting-edge technology and innovation. ERS is a leader in Paperless Transcripts and Global Videoconferencing.

Diane is an active member of her industry and community and supports charitable causes around the world. She implemented socially conscious initiatives at ERS to support the community.

In 2006, she unveiled the “Legal Arts Meets Creative Arts” office/gallery concept. The walls of ERS Headquarters in Clearwater offices display original artwork from Tampa Bay emerging artists and art center. It’s just one way ERS gives back to the community.
