Two judicial surveys will be conducted at the beginning of 2015, one for  Pinellas-Pasco Counties and the other for Hillsborough County.  The Committee Promoting Judicial Excellence (CPJE) will annually sponsor the surveys for the 6th and 13th Judicial Circuits of Florida.  Since the creation of CPJE in the spring of 2014, the membership has speedily grown and now includes practicing attorneys from both circuits.  Pinellas-Pasco and Hillsborough county attorneys are joining together for the worthwhile public service of annually organizing and sponsoring judicial polls in order to inform voters, improve the justice system, and provide feedback to our local judges.  CPJE will meet twice a year, immediately prior to and after the survey goes out, and will oversee its annual implementation.  The poll results will be published here.  The judicial surveys are open to prosecutors, public defenders, government attorneys, and private attorneys that practice in the areas of civil and criminal law.
